A Curating An Exciting and Vibrant Bucket List For My Last Summer In My 20s?
At the end of last year, I celebrated my 29th birthday. I cannot believe that I’m going to turn 30 and the end of this year. I’m not to lie, my 20s haven’t always been kind to me. I’ve moved 3 times in the last 6 years to different towns that didn’t want to live in, but due to my life situation, I’ve had to just put up with it. But without this blog post quickly turning into a depressing post, I want to talk about the kind of things I want to achieve this summer. I know that I’m a little late posting this topic however, I have already been busy ticking off some of the things that I want to do before the season turns into autumn.
So here is a quick rundown of all the things that I want to achieve this summer – my last summer in my 20s:
- Take a day trip to the capital of the UK – London
- Go on a 3-day trip to Brighton – I already did this at the end of July for my sister’s 22nd Birthday.
- Go to the beach – Again, I’ve already achieved this when I went to brighton.
- Start creating more earring designs and styles for my Etsy Shop: Bonnies Creations
- Post more frequently on all my social media platforms.
- Write more blogs and upload more frequently here on my website.
- Have more movie nights with my sister.
- Spending more quantity time with my sister including; travelling to more places on the train.
- Take my beloved furry friend on a lot more lovely long, beautiful walks in the evening.
- Bake more homemade cakes.
- Watch the sunset – I’ve managed to watch a beautiful sunset on brighton with my sister and we made a new friend – Barry the Seagal.
- Eat fish and chips on the beach – I’ve been very lucky this year, I managed to achieve this whilst on a little trip to brighton.
- Change up my skincare routine – when I manage to get around to buying some new products I’ll write a blog about what I use and if I like the products.
- Go to bed at least twice a night, but currently, my sleep pattern is not great and I something I need to work on.
- Cook a lot of ore home-cooked meals- my problem is, is that I get bored with the same three meals. I need to find new recipes that aren’t too hard to follow.
- Go strawberry picking – I think that I am a little too late to the party, I don’t think that I’m going to get around to achieving this one but you can’t dock a girl for trying.
