As it's 2021, stepping up our pancakes might now be the perfect time. There is absoultely no shame in trotting of down to tesco to pick up a bottle of batter, as just adding water is all we could probably handle right now, so going all out for shrove tuesday seems as good a tonic as any to soften the lockdown slog.
