What’s In My Makeup Bag RN.
Before I go any further I want to say 'sorry'. I know the last couple of weeks, blog post have been few and far between but unfortunately, work has taken over my life a little more than normal. I'm hoping next week work will be a little lighter, so I'm able to write more for you guys. Anyways let's get started, this week I wanted to share what I've been trying out recently....and loving. These pieces are my go-to, everyday makeup kinda picks. Some I have been a fan of for a little while, whilst others I'm still the hang of. Never the less, the following are in my makeup…
Beginners Guide: Makeup Brushes
Being a beginner to makeup can be daunting, especially when it comes to finding the right foundation shade but as well as that you still need makeup brushes and this can very become unnecessarily complicated and expensive. Over the last 12 years, I've come across a few useful tips and tricks that I swear by and thought I would share them with you. Hopefully, there are few that will make your makeup experience a little less confusing.
Breakfast On A Sunday
There's nothing that beats breakfast on a sunday morning.....having guilt free hours in bed, catching up on netflix and spending time make the perfect brekkie....what more would you want?! Sunday are by far my favourite days, especially when it comes to food. I love having full english in the morning and a big roast. So for today, i thought i'd share a couple of easy breakfast ideas, that are very easy to prepare on those very lazy weekend mornings.
My Morning Skincare Must-haves.
For the last four months, i've use the same skincare products in the morning and I thought it's about time I switched things up a bit. I love to reading other bloggers blogs post about their skincare must-haves and seeing how their end result look. In one of my posts from a few weeks back, it was me talking about my evening skincare routine as well as, what products are my current faves. So I wanted today's post to follow on from that, so here is my morning skincare routine and what are m must-haves.
A Day In The Life
I've been wanting to write a "day in the life" blog post for some time now, so I thought it would go ahead and talk about what I got up to the other day. Well, I'm going to be completely honest with you and say that my days aren't usually that exciting. Not saying that this day out, catching up with my sister was overly exciting, but my days are normally spent being lazy by sitting on the sofa, eating junk food {"a lot more than I should"} and watching Netflix's. This is one of the reasons why I haven't done one of these kinds of blog posts before.
My Everyday Makeup
I don't think I've done one of these before or if I have, I haven't done one for a little while. Anyways, I thought I would go ahead and do a little post about the makeup that I'm currently using on a daily basis. I always find myself getting into a routine, where I use the same products, then once I get bored I'll switch it up and change the colour of the lipstick, blush and eyeshadow. Currently, I have been rocking a very natural, nude lip. I'm really enjoying it a lot. I feel as though my face looks a bit more fresh.
My Evening Skincare Routine
New skincare is probably one of my favourite things to discover. I also love to look at fellow bloggers to see what their skincare routine is, as well as what products swear by. There's really nothing better than trying new products and completely falling in love with it and it's end results. The summer I really feel like I've made a real effort to get to know my skin a little better and only use products that were going {fingers crossed 🤞} gonna make a real difference! So here you have, here are my current go-to evening must-haves. I hope you enjoy it!
My First BBQ Of The Year.
I love this time of year. I love hosting. I love BBQ's and I love family. Give me a burger, a streak and a cider in hand and that's me done! With us being so unbelievably lucky with the weather last weekend, marking the bbq even more special and amazing. We drank and ate, pretty much all evening. Anyways, here you have some pics that I shot throughout the that day. So I hope you enjoy....
Refreshing Homemade Lemonade
With this lovely weather that we have had over this weekend, has definitely been the one of the nicest we've had in a hot minute. With this lovely hot weather, there nothing better than drinking freshly squeezed, home-made lemonade - there honestly nothing quite like it!
CLE, Estate & Maybelline Highlighter Review.
I find the best way to try new brands and products, is through having a monthly subscription box, like birchbox, glossy box.
