Over the years I’ve had my ups and downs with food, but have never felt the need to do the low carb or low fat diets, just for a quick holiday fix. Cos if anyone knows me I really do love my food, I’m such a foody. So in today’s post, I thought would focus on what I feel everyone is constantly talking about and that is ‘healthy eating’.

I find it hard and nearly impossible to find useful information or advice, as nowadays there is just too much of it. It really doesn’t matter who you are listening to, what your reading or what you believe in. So this leads nicely on to how I go about doing things and what I’ve learnt along the way…I really feel like the best and only way to really love eating healthier is to find out what works for you!

I’m far more into sweet than savoury, so that is definitely my weakness. I loveeee anything with chocolate……yumm….that’s my fave! There’s absolutely nothing wrong with eating any of these things, but my way of making my daily diet a little more healthier is to have a balanced diet.

If you are able to cook, why not take some time out of your busy schedule to enjoy cooking.  It’s really easy to find some amazing recipes, but there something satisfying about flicking through different cookbooks. Whether you follow or don’t follow a specific diet, it doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy or have to restrict yourself…..instead make sure that you are allowing yourself time to experiment….cos something may sound gross but it could turn out to be your fave. So give it a chance!

Tbh, I don’t really know where I’ve been going with this, but what I think I’m trying to say is little thing such as, spending 10-20 minutes looking for new recipes, trying something new or even make something from scratch….just give it a go and remember, do it your way!

I like to share my favourite products with others, whether it’s a new makeup product or a haircare item that I’m currently trying out. Additionally, I recently brought home Bonnie who’s a 6-month-old Shih Tzu puppy that is super playful and completely adorable, and that didn’t make my life busy enough I also had two very boisterous 1-year-old guinea pigs called Echo and Enzo
