And Just Like That.. season 2 will be making a comeback to our screen and maybe sooner than we think – indicated by the fact that HBO Max has now released a trailer, as 1 minute 29 seconds long footage including fabulous outfits, beautiful shots of New York and juicy tidbits about the forthcoming season.
What stars will be in And Just Like That Season 2?
Firstly, Carrie [played by Sarah Jessica Parker], Miranda Hobbes [Played by Cynthia Nixon], and Charlotte York Rosenblatt [Played by Kristin Davis] are all back. At this point, we just have to accept the absence of Samantha aka Kim Cattrall but we weren’t to lose another one of the core gang.
Anyways, few other recurring characters will be making a comeback, Che Diaz, Miranda’s love interest from season 1; Nicole Ari Paker as Lisa Todd Wexley, Charlotte’s mum friend from her daughter’s school; Karen Pittman as Dr Nya Wallace, Miranda’s professor; Bobby Lee as Jackie Nee [Carrie’s podcast co-host], and Carrie’s real estate agent slash new BFF Seema Patel [played by Sarita Choudhury].
What is the official release date?
There’s no set calendar date, but it has been revealed the brand new season for And Just Like That will be coming this June. So we have less than a month away. A new trailer has already been dropped back on the 26th of April where we see Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte back in the Big Apple. The teaser has given some major hints as to what the season will cover and you won’t be disappointed – from Charlotte’s daughter Lily wanting to lose her virginity to Miranda and Che still seeming to be together to Carrie having a lot of “exit out grief” sex [her words].
When was season 2 of And Just Like That confirmed?
For all the Sex And The City fans, there is good news! Season 2 of And Just Like That was officially confirmed on 22nd April, almost two months after the final episode of season one aired. The news broke on social media, that Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda would be hitting the streets of NYC again!
Are Carrie and Aidan back together again in season?
Well, it certainly looks that way. As on the 9th February, the official And Just Like That Instagram account releaves images of Carrie [Sarah Jessica Paker] and Aidan [John Corbett] kissing.
