I love baking, and lately i have been trying to bake a little outside of my comfort zone… And this time around, i wanted to and bake carrot cake. It a real homely one, so i of course turn to mother of baking – Mrs Mary Berry herself! This recipe is for cupcakes, but i suppose you could decide to make it into whole round cake. But i prefer mini cupcakes, there easier to give out to friend or family and much cuter.
