Pumpkin Pancakes.

I couldn’t hold off including something pumpkin related in to the blog. I wanted to do something that gives a real autumn feel, something quick and tasty and of course has be breakfast themed. Therefore, i decided to try these pumpkin pancakes, they’re from this beautiful blog and i’m really happy at how well they turned out. Unfortunately, mine don’t look half as fluffy and towering as i think they were meant to be, but they still tasted delicious and that’s the main thing…Right?!
