I couldn’t hold off including something pumpkin related in to the blog. I wanted to do something that gives a real autumn feel, something quick and tasty and of course has be breakfast themed.
With breakfast being your most important meal of the day and also autumn being just around, i thought i would nice to put together some quick and easy porridge recipes.

I love a good old classic New York cheesecake, but when i saw this caramac cheesecake recipe, I really couldn’t wait to try out this recipe. I opted not to decorate mine, but you can with caramac whipped cream and caramac pieces. This recipe is fairly unusual, but they turned out beautifully and tastes delicious!
Now that summer is finally here, i thought it’s about time that i actually got round to making some smoothie berry ice lollies. It really feels like i’ve being waiting for summer to come this year – i am totally ready for this beautiful weather to stay now. I really love the atmosphere, as well as the sun…..everyone is so friggin happy. BBQ’s on the weekends and short short shorts, loving life. It’s fabulous!
