
Romantic Valentine’s Day Cocktails You’ll Fall In Love With

Valentine’s Day
- 150ml Cranberry Juice
- 1tsp Grenadine
- 50ml Vodka
- Handful of ice
- 1 Lime Wedge
- 4 Raspberries
- Prosecco or Sparkling wine
- Pour the cranberry juice, grenadine, and vodka into a cocktail shaker. Also, fill up with ice, squeeze a wedge of lime and shake until it becomes ice-cold.
- Strain the cocktail and pour it evenly into two glasses. Drop in two raspberries into each glass, the top with prosecco or sparkling wine.

Peach & Rose Fizz
- 500ml Peach Juice
- 1/2 tsp Rosewater
- 750ml Prosecco, chilled
- Mix peach juice and rosewater in a cocktail shaker. Also, fill up with ice and shake until the outside of the shaker becomes cold.
- Strain the cocktail and divide it equally into glasses. Top with prosecco if needed.
- Serve immediately.

Strawberry Daiquiri
- 200g Ice
- 100ml Rum
- Lime, 1/2 juiced & 1/2 sliced
- 500g Strawberries, 1 halved
- 1-2tbsp Sugar Syrup
- 2 Cocktail Sticks
- Blend the strawberries, sieve the puree to remove the seeds, then blend it again with ice & sugar syrup.
- Once fully blended, pour into a cocktail shaker and add in the rum & lime juice. Shake until the outside of the shaker becomes ice-cold.
- Strain and equally divide the cocktail between 2 glasses.
- Thread the strawberry halves into cocktail sticks and place a slice of lime on the edge of the glass.
- Serve immediately.

Sex On The Beach
- 50ml Vodka
- 2 Oranges, juiced & sliced
- 50ml Cranberry Juice
- Ice
- 25ml Peach Schnapps
- Glace Cherries (optional)
- Pour the vodka, peach schnapps and fruit juice into a cocktail shaker. Also, ice and shake until the shaker becomes ice-cold.
- Fill up two glasses with ice, divide the mixture between the glasses and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with the glace cherries and orange slices.

Pink Lady Cocktail
- 100ml Gin
- 1/4 Lemon Juice
- Ice
- 4tsp Grenadine
- 1 Large egg white
- Lemon, juice & zest
- Cherries, garnish (optional)
- Cocktail Sticks
- Chilled either cocktail or coupe glasses in the fridge.
- Pour gin, grenadine, and lemon juice into a cocktail shake. Also, fill it with ice.
- Shake until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold.
- Strain the mixture into a jug. Then tip the egg white into the shaker, pour in the gin mixture and shake well or until the egg white is frothy.
- Pour the cocktail into the prepared chilled glasses. Garnish with cherries on a cocktail stick.
