2024 Fashion Trends That We Will All Be Wearing.

Over the last week, the sun has finally made its way to the UK! With the temperature reaching a high of 30’C in some places, we have found ourselves digging deep into our wardrobe, probably right at the back to retrieve our much-loved summer clothes.

So now that we can officially call it summer, I’ve put together a few fashion key essentials to help you keep up with the fashion trends this summer. So let’s kick it off…

Even though the layers we fun while they lasted, they still didn’t give you the chance to show off our creative and personal expression throughout style, is always great fun! After all, you can be wearing your best outfit of the year but because it was covered by a large, oversized coat, no one appreciated it.

So now that we have finally shed all of those extra layers, here are a few key fashion trends that are happening throughout summer 2024 and you need to know about…

1. SHEER WHITES

Here’s some big news, sheer fabrics are a big thing on the fashion runways atm. And for 2024, there’s a very specific way to wear the trend. There is nothing hotter come summer than wearing a sheer dress, whether that is for when you’re heading out for dinner, off to a sandy white beach, or of course stepping onto a red carpet Just avoid wearing it as a wedding guest outfit.

2. HIGH-RISE TROUSERS

For the last several years the low slug waists have been trending however, I can hear the sigh of relief from the millennials – it’s now time for the high-rise. They are perfect for everything – from officewear to dinner wear and everything in between.

3. ELEVATED SPORTSWEAR

The days when sportswear was only reserved for when you were doing sporting activities are gone! This trend is likely to do with the hangover from the pandemic’s lockdown of daily loungewear and sportswear staples, which has slowly slid its way into our everyday wardrobe. Hood sweatshirts are now supersized and have taken the place of causal dresses. Comfort dressing? You don’t have to say it twice!
