You’ll Be Summer Ready With These Blueberry Popsicles
On those hot summer days, there’s nothing better than to cool off with a delicious frozen treat. And forget about the boring orange and blackcurrant popiscle’s, why not try these loaded fresh blueberry popsicles?!

- 1/2 cup Water
- 5 cups blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Blend blueberries with water, sugar and fresh lemon juice. Once fully blended, strain the mixture through a fine sieve, press to release as much liquid as possible, and discard the solids. If needed, you can add more water.
- Divide the liquid equally among the lolly pop moulds, insert the wooden sticks and then freeze until the popsicles become solid [It should take about 3 hours/upto a week].
- To remove, dip the bottoms of the moulds in lukewarm water for 2/3 seconds.
