You’ll Be Summer Ready With These Blueberry Popsicles

On those hot summer days, there’s nothing better than to cool off with a delicious frozen treat. And forget about the boring orange and blackcurrant popiscle’s, why not try these loaded fresh blueberry popsicles?!

  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 5 cups blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  1. Blend blueberries with water, sugar and fresh lemon juice. Once fully blended, strain the mixture through a fine sieve, press to release as much liquid as possible, and discard the solids. If needed, you can add more water.
  2. Divide the liquid equally among the lolly pop moulds, insert the wooden sticks and then freeze until the popsicles become solid [It should take about 3 hours/upto a week].
  3. To remove, dip the bottoms of the moulds in lukewarm water for 2/3 seconds.
