Delicious Mocktails That Will See You Through Spring.

Spring is a wonderful season to bring together your loved ones and share a lovely meal with some delicious non-alcoholic beverages. By avoiding alcohol, you can avoid the unpleasant symptoms of a hangover and instead feel fresh and invigorated the next day. Whether you’re abstaining this spring, drinking more mindfully, or just looking for some delicious mocktail recipes, I’ve got you covered.

Strawberry Everleaf and Tonic

Love a delicious strawberry-flavoured non-alcoholic gin and tonic? Then this drink will have you feeling like summer is just around the corner!


  • 1/2 Lime (Juiced)
  • 60g Strawberries
  • 1 shot Everleaf Mountain Spirit
  • Mint Leaves (Handful)
  • Tonic Water


  1. Firstly, prepare the strawberries by removing the hulls. Add some mint leaves and pour lime juice over the strawberries. Either use a pestle, fork or something heavy to crush the strawberries and mix everything.
  2. Pour the mixture into a tall glass with ice.
  3. Then add in the Everleaf Mountain Spirit and stir well.
  4. Lastly top with chilled tonic water and add a fresh strawberry as garnish.

Raspberry Moscow Mule

This is an effortless recipe for a versatile drink. Customize it with your preferred alcohol-free spirits and a twist of your choice.


  • Lime Juice (1 Shot)
  • Alcohol-Free Gin (1 1/2 Shot)
  • 8 Fresh Raspberries or Raspberry Puree
  • Ginger Beer
  • Sugar Syrup


  1. Add the raspberries into a shaker and muddle them or if you are not using fresh raspberries, then add your raspberry puree to a shaker.
  2. Add ice, alcohol-free spirit, lime juice and sugar syrup into the shaker, then shake well until cold.
  3. Once fully shaken, strain into a glass filled with ice and top it off with ginger beer.
  4. Lastly, garnish with either raspberries, lemon or lime slices.

Grapefruit Gimlet

Love refreshing and slightly sweet fruity non-alcoholic drinks. This alcohol-free grapefruit mixed cocktail is perfect for spring.


  • 50ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 50ml alcohol-free gin
  • 1/2 Lime (Juiced)
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup


  1. Rim a short glass with salt and lime, then cool the glass.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a shaker, alone with ice cubes.
  3. Shake altogether until fully mixed and cooled.
  4. Lastly, strain the liquid into the prepared glass. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
