3 Quick & Easy To Follow Taco Recipes.

If you love eating, but prefer easy and simple-to-follow recipes, then today’s post will be right you your alley. These delicious tacos are perfect for your summer BBQs – you’ll be able to feed over ten people – which is perfect for when you host a garden party or just for a quite family dinner in the garden.
I don’t really enjoy cooking, but what I don’t mind doing is following easy recipes that I can try and I hopefully tasty dishes. So I thought would go ahead and included a couple of simple to do taco recipes that you can try and enjoy.
Tex-Mex Beef Tacos
Ingredients:
- 500g Lean Mince Beef
- 4 Garlic Cloves (Crushed)
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Grounded Cumin
- 2 tsp Paprika
- Pinch of Chilli Flakes
- 24 Taco Shells
Directions
- Heat a large frying pan, then add in the mince and cook until completely brown.
- Once the mince is cooked, remove it from the pan then season with salt and pepper.
- Add oil into the pan and fry the garlic, oregano and spices for about a minute. Return the cooked beef to the pan and cook for a further 2-3 mins or until piping hot.
- Warm up the taco shells – read and follow the instructions on the pack. Lastly, spoon the beef into the shells.
- Bon Appetit.
Southern-Fried Chicken Taco
Instructions
- Southern Fried Chicken Goujons
- 150g Soured Cream
- 2 tbsp Chives, finely chopped
- 3 Little germs, roughly chopped
- 4 Spring onions, finely sliced
- 8 Small soft corn tortillas or 12 mini flour
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 200C/180 fan.
- Once the oven becomes hot, place the chicken onto a baking tray [lined with a baking sheet] and pop it into the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the chicken is piping hot all the way through.
- Meanwhile, stir in 1 tbsp of chives into the sour cream.
- Warm up the tortillas in the microwave for about 1 min.
- Slice the chicken into pieces, then place the pieces into the tortillas. Top with lettuce, spring onions, and a dollop of sour cream and scatter the leftovers chives.
Salmon Tacos With Lime Dressing
Ingredients
- 500g Salmon fillets
- 2 Limes, zested and juiced
- 200g Natural yogurt
- 2 Ripe avocados, peeled, stoned and chopped into cubes
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Small red chilli [opitional]
- 8 Soft corn tacos
- Olive oil
Directions
- The first thing you’ll need to do is, brush the olive oil over the pieces of salmon, season well and sprinkle the lime zest and juice and then cover in foil.
- Place covered salmon, either under the grill or on a bbq and cook for about 10 mins – once cooked the salmon should be opaque, if not cook for longer.
- Meanwhile, warm up the tacos – cover them in foil – either under the grill or on the bbq.
- Mix the remaining lime zest and juice, with the yoghurt and season well. Once the salmon is cooked, open up the foil and flake the salmon into pieces.
- Lastly, serve the salmon with tomatoes, avocados, chilli [optional] and a sauce of your choice.
