  • 1 handful spinach, roughly chopped
  • 100g broccoli, roughly chopped
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 4 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 banana
  • 300ml rice milk
  • 1/4 tsp spirulina
  1. Blend the spinach, broccoli, celery stick and banana.
  2. Then add in the desiccated coconut, rice milk, spirulina and blend everything.
  3. Blend for 30 seconds or until fully smooth.
  4. Serve in glasses, immediately for the best result.

  • 100ml full-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 150g frozen fruit
  • 50g blueberries,
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tsp mixed seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  1. Add the frozen fruit, blueberries, goji berries, milk, and natural yoghurt, then blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend again for another 30 seconds or until fully smooth.
  3. To serve, pour the smoothie into a tall glass.
  4. Enjoy immediately for the best result.

Raspberry & Apple Smoothie

  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 150g frozen raspberries
  • 150 ml natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats

  • 100 ml milk
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender, then blend for 30 seconds or until fully smooth. (Tip: if the smooth becomes too thick, either add another 50ml of water or milk)
  2. To serve, pour into a tall glass. For the best results, consume the smoothie immediately after making it.

  • 1 banana, peeled & chopped
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 20g peanut butter
  • Cinnamon, small pinch
  • Mixed spices, small pinch
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • Nutmeg, small pinch
  • Ice cube, a handful
  1. Blend all the ingredients for 30 seconds or until it is fully smooth.
  2. To serve, pour the smoothie into a tall glass and 2-3 ice cubes.
