~ UNHEALTHY FIXATION OF GOALS ~

For years now, I have always set myself a few goals to accomplish for the year. I see becoming fixated on working hard and giving 110%, to make sure that goal can be achieved….But by fixating yourself isn’t healthy.

Although I kept telling myself not feel disappointed if I’m not able achieve any of mine. So this year I’m going to do things a little differently to what I normally do. Each month, I will set myself a couple of small goal to tick off…. But if they become to unrealistic or unachievable within the time frame, then I will just go with the flow and see happens. By taking baby steps something unexpected that could make end result even more worth all my hard work and dedication. That’s what I called a….win win!

~ WE CAN’T CONTROL EVERYTHING ~

Since 2017 has come to an end, I have finally realised that I can’t always control what the situation or kind of outcome that I will be faced with. I am so thankfully that I’ve worked that one out.

Even if it’s a personal goal that I’ve set myself or on that is happening at most of the time, situations that particular find ourselves in cannot be controlled….so we just have pull ourselves together and  go with the flow and seen what happens, can be the best possible way. The way we react to these difficult situations can make all the differences.

~ RUSHING THINGS DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN BETTER THING WILL HAPPEN ~

Be honest with ourselves, there is no rush. This is one of huge lessons that I had learnt myself last year. Instead I need to slow down a little, be in the moment, enjoy and think less about what might happen in the future.

Believe me I know it’s harder that it sounds but the end result might thank you for mush rushing, as it may turn out better than you first was possible.

So basically slow down, take your time as there is no rush…..things will happen when the time is right! Lastly, make sure to be in the moment….. it’s always about how big or how small the end goal is going to be…..it’s about what you learn, what you enjoyed as every moment/joineries comes.

~ TAKING A LITTLE RISK IS HEALTHY ~

This year I am going to start to take baby steps and take one more challenges…. Do things that are a little out of my usually comfort zone. I know that there are going to moments were I’m gonna feel anxious or a little strange….but that’s GREAT! The reason is that it will provide me with a positive memory.

~ ALWAYS MAKE SURE APPRECIATE EVERYTHING ~

Yes it’s sounds simple, but it’s an important one. I am, so thankful for my friends, my family and my life… the list could go on and on and on.

I am going to make sure that I’m moment and appreciate everything that happens at that particular time….and not worry about what if’s, what the future might have been like. Instead see the larger picture and have very little regrets.

Bring one 2018, I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen!
