Do any of you guys sometimes feel as though you need some lessons at a skincare school? Me too! The skincare markplace can be confusing and over crowed, so let me take it back to basics…..
Start off by finding out what your skin type is. This bareface method is the easiest way to do so, and foolproof for even the skincare newbies.
Wash your face using a mid cleanser and wait 30 minutes before evaluting whether you like it. If you feel as though your skin is tighht and flaky, then you can be sure it’s dryness and you’re probably gonna struggle with it, but if you suffer from a t-zone or probalem acne areas then it’s like you’re dealing with oily skin. When you’ve nailed it, it’s then when the fun part starts – shopping!
Your bathroom shelves doesn’t have to look like a boots pharmacy. So it’s often good to start small and gradually introduce new products. By taking these steps, you’ll be covering all the bases in treating and maintaing healthy skin, this could include; toner, cleanser, serum, eye-cream, moisturiser and SPF.
When you have found your go-to’s, it’s then become smooth sailing from here. By starting with a cleanser this calms angry skin, serums soothe, the toners takle problem areas and SPF ensures your skin is looking smooth for a very long run. Here you are, welcome to the happy skin club.
