SUMMER IS FINALLY HERE! So i thought it would be a good time, to sit down and talk about all of my holiday essential…..ya know the important ones, that you never want to forget.
Products That Are Worth The Adventure
There aren’t many full sized products, i would consider taking on my travels. But ‘John Frieda Sheer Blonde Highlight Activating’ duo, is 100% worthy of going into my suitcase. When i’m on my holiday, i love to take long showers – especially as you don’t have to rush out for anything.
In the past, I’ve tried a few of the other John Frieda ranges, but this is definitely my new favourite….And whats more is that, it’s really good for colour-treat hair as it contains avocado oil. The pair also moisturises and helps with preventing hair that has been dyed from becoming dry.
SPF Foundation and Perfume Spray
When summer comes, i’m all about changing up my makeup routine. I’m all about the glowy, natural look. But also is summer appropriate, providing me all the SPF protection.
Perfume Spray is a must, it’s easy to pop into your bag, prefect for taking on the plane and obvs the smell is amazing. Now onto the SPF, even if your holiday you still may want to option to wear foundation. Rimmel Wake UP is prefect, as it’s a light coverage foundation – great for the sun, but still gives you that natural, glowy look. Also, let’s not forget that it protects your skin from those harsh rays.
I’ve been a lover of Dove’s ‘go fresh’ range for a long time now. I love that it’s alcohol free and contains moisturising cream….and the smell amazing! – especially the pomegranate & Lemon Verbena range, but I’ve also tired and loved the Cucumber and Green Tea range too.
Accessories, Accessories
I’m wouldn’t consider myself a accessories person, but the two main items that i wear quiet often is my Michael Kors watch and Ray Ban Justin sunglasses.
But my main accessory is hairbands – that’s if you would call them that. I usually get them from superdrug – you can get 70 for £3.49 and i think that value for money, especially if your like me and frequently loses your hairbands. So i tend take a handful with me, as you never know when you are going to need or want your hair to be tied back – especially if you like to get in the pool or go in the sea, but don’t always want to get my hair wet every time.
